I’ve spent the last decade designing programs that connect education, industry, and individuals—building systems that help people discover their strengths, clarify their goals, and move forward with purpose.

Through my work at Northeastern University, the Lowell Institute School, and with partners across higher education and workforce systems, I’ve seen how powerful it is when coaching mindsets are embedded into academic advising, career readiness, and program design.
